summary	Web-based Personal Electronic Medication Record (Personal Medicine Profile) of prescription medicines for patients in Denmark. Individual records can also be viewed by doctors who treat the relevant patient and, with the permission of the patient, by pharmacies. The system is designed to help monitor and improve the quality drug prescribing in Denmark. The Personal Medicine Profile forms part of the Danish national e-Health portal (sundhed.dk).
