RCTs (randomized controlled trials) accepted for publication in JAMA or the Annals of Internal Medicine are now being co-published on RCT Bank. These entries can be browsed on the web at RCT Presenter. Trials are entered into RCT Bank using Bank-a-Trial, a web-based program for secure trial-bank entry that also helps users code aspects of the trial using terms from the Unified Medical Language System (UMLS).

description

RCT Presenter forms part of an integrated, electronic trial-reporting system designed to support the registration and publication of randomized trials as structured knowledge bases (trial banks). The system aims to support improved and standardized trial reporting; easier and more accurate trial retrieval, and direct computer access to summary-level trials data.
