MedNotes™ are multilingual, multi-platform medical
decision support software applications. A range of these has been developed by the European
SMARTIE (Smart Medical Applications Repository of Tools for Informed Expert decision)
project and have been made available on the project web site.
Applications range from systems based on simple scoring scales (e.g
Glasgow Coma Scale) to elaborate decision support tools for the
management of more complex clinical situations (e.g. in intensive care or
for Acute Abdominal Pain).
