The site also demonstrates the ability of MedCalc Connect® to integrate automatically MedCalc 3000 equations with a patient's lab data held in an electronic medical record. "Through simple HTTP network requests, you input lab results to a MedCalc equation. This is done on the client side of the HTTP transaction, so there is no need (or facility) to transmit any patient identification information to the MedCalc 3000 site."
