CATs (Critically Appraised Trials) are appraisals of clinical research -
they are designed to help assess the validity of clinical research results.
CATmaker is designed for editing, browsing and sharing storing, retrieving critically appraised trials.
CATs are based on key articles encountered "about therapy, diagnosis, prognosis, aetiology/harm and systematic reviews of therapy".
CATmaker has been developed by Christopher Dawes for GMKD (Global Medical Knowledge Base).
