Expert System utilizing downloads of Laboratory and Pharmacy data to detect patients whose antibiotic therapy is not consistent with pathogens detected by culture.

PC-based, rule-based, dBase IV, utilizing flat file downloads from laboratory and Pharmacy mainframes. Operates daily, output evaluated by pharmacy. Spinoff output used to monitor aminoglycoside and renal active antibiotic dosing.
